Before driving success at Retaaza, Gaby was an experienced and results-oriented sales manager who specialized in renewable energy solutions.Formerly with ADT Solar, he led a high-performing team achieving exceptional business and financial objectives. Gaby was recognized for his innovative sales strategies, market share capture, and effective change management.

Through his career, Gaby has been recognized with several top achieving awards such as the Top Inside Sales Production Award and the Sales Most Valuable Player Award. He also has expertise in financing, sales processes, market penetration, and leadership development. He has managed and trained various sized teams leading them to successfully achieve sales goals month over month.

Gaby also grew and maintained a highly successful CrossFit program in a saturated and competitive market earning accolades such as Best Self Magazine's2013 Best of Atlanta CrossFit Trainer and Atlanta Business Chronicle’s 2010 Top10 Fitness Centers.

As a dedicated husband to Colleen and father to Cillian and Lochlainn, Gaby understands the importance of nourishing not just communities, but also those closest to us. When not tackling sales goals, you might find him restoring vintage cast iron, powering through endless laps swimming, or deep in the woods of a golf course.
