Georgii Sinclair is passionate about the unity of all people and the power of food to bring communities together. At Retaaza, she applies her skills in communication, leadership, and creative problem-solving to strengthen local food systems and support Georgia farmers.

With experience ranging from farm apprenticeships and land stewardship to team management in hospitality, Georgii brings a grounded yet visionary approach to her work. She has contributed to organizations such as Georgia Organics, Gangstas to Growers, and The Come Up Project, gaining hands-on experience in sustainable agriculture, market operations, and community engagement. Her ability to connect with others, listen deeply, and navigate challenges with empathy helps foster collaboration and purpose in every environment she joins.

Outside of work, Georgii enjoys writing, reading, creating music, and spending time in nature—spaces where her creativity and curiosity continue to thrive.
