Shekinah Harper

Shekinah Harper has a heart for helping others thrive and a deep belief in the connection between wellness, community, and land. Passionate about mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health, Shekinah is driven by using her gifts in service of those around her. Music is her love language. She played the violin through college and finds joy in live music experiences.

Her background reflects a dynamic and multi-faceted path across customer experience, learning design, program management, and regenerative agriculture. She has led executive-level trainings, designed company-wide learning initiatives, managed client onboarding strategies, and mentored new team members - blending strategic thinking with care and clarity. Most recently, she earned an agriculture certification through Farm the Future Academy, completing an intensive program focused on regenerative farming, organic farm development, and improving food access in local communities.

Known for creating calm, building trust quickly, and seeing both systems and people at once, Shekinah brings strengths in program management, public speaking, instructional design, and sustainable farm planning. She is an avid learner with growing interests in herbalism, anatomy, and agriculture, and in her free time enjoys reading across genres, immersing herself in nature, and continuing to expand her knowledge. At Retaaza, she is excited to contribute to food systems work that nourishes both community and spirit.
