Tayna Gardner

Tayna is a a CPA in the state of Georgia and spent 10+ years in corporate America. She started her career at Deloitte as an International Tax Consultant. From there she spent time at Grant Thornton as a Senior Associate and also Koch Industries.

In 2021, she started an independent CPA firm focusing on small- and mid-sized businesses in the Atlanta area. She joined Retaaza as the Controller in April 2022.

Tayna attended the University of Arkansas where she received a Bachelors in Accounting and the University of Georgia for her Masters in Accounting with a concentration in Tax Consulting.

She is an enthusiast in many areas such as food and dining, sustainability, and local businesses. Could there be a more perfect fit for Retaaza? She's also passionate about nature (birds in particular), gardening, tennis, music, movies, and about everything she does. She lives in Virginia Highland with her spouse and three cats but is often weekending in the Blue Ridge Mountains.
