Let's explore some of the star ingredients of May and how to incorporate them into a delicious recipe that celebrates the season.

Basil: With its aromatic leaves and distinct flavor, basil is a staple herb in many cuisines. Whether used in sauces, salads, or garnishes, fresh basil adds a burst of freshness to any dish.

Chili Peppers: Spice up your meals with chili peppers, which come in a variety of shapes, sizes, and heat levels. From mild to fiery, chili peppers add depth and complexity to recipes.

Cilantro: Loved for its bright and citrusy flavor, cilantro adds a refreshing touch to salads, salsas, and soups. Embrace its versatility in both savory and sweet dishes.

Garlic: A kitchen essential, garlic lends its pungent flavor to countless dishes, from marinades and sauces to stir-fries and roasts. Fresh garlic bulbs are bursting with aromatic compounds that elevate any recipe.

Green Beans: Crisp and tender, green beans are a classic springtime vegetable. Whether steamed, sautéed, or grilled, green beans add texture and color to salads, side dishes, and main courses.

Mint: Cool and invigorating, mint is perfect for adding a refreshing twist to drinks, desserts, and savory dishes alike. Its bright flavor pairs beautifully with both sweet and savory ingredients.

Peaches: Juicy and sweet, peaches are a beloved summer fruit that signals the arrival of warmer days. Enjoy them fresh off the tree or incorporate them into salads, desserts, and savory dishes for a burst of natural sweetness.

Melons: From watermelon and cantaloupe to honeydew, melons are synonymous with summertime refreshment. Enjoy them chilled and diced, blended into smoothies, or paired with salty cheeses for a delightful contrast of flavors.

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
