Each fall, Retaaza is honored to work with Mercier Orchards – a fourth-generation, family- and veteran-owned orchard in Blue Ridge, Georgia.
Mercier Orchards began in 1943, when Bill and Adele Mercier purchased a 27-acre orchard in Blue Ridge, Georgia. What started as a small roadside apple stand has grown over 80 years and four generations into North Georgia’s most popular agritourism destination.
Today, Mercier Orchards welcomes visitors for apple picking, tractor rides, hard cider tastings, and treats from their world-famous bakery. Nearly a century later, the family farm remains a place where generations come together to enjoy the harvest season, celebrate hometown values, and create lasting memories.
Mercier Orchards grows more than 50 varieties of apples, each with unique flavors perfect for snacking or baking. Visitors can enjoy a tractor ride through the scenic North Georgia mountains, take part in U-Pick apple harvesting, and make lasting memories with family and friends. The experience continues at the farm market and bakery, where favorites like pies, jams, cider, and wine showcase the orchard’s bounty.
While they are in season, Retaaza sources apples from Mercier Orchards for our Farm Fresh Markets, MARTA Markets, Wholesale Clients, and more!
